Shipping

For your convenience, all prices are inclusive of shipping, freight and insurance (applied based on the country we are shipping to).

We ship to 35 countries. Please check this list to see if we ship to your country. If your country is not included in the list, please contact us directly and we will do our best to deliver to you.  

Packages will only be handed over to you in person. Our items will not be left with door staff or mailrooms, etc. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you have listed someone other than yourself as the delivery recipient, for example you are gifting one of our pieces, then they will need to provide a signature and photo ID as proof of delivery.

Please note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. However, as an added service, we can prepay taxes for you for a small fee. Please contact us at care@agarojewels.com if you would like to avail of this service. 

Insurance 

Agaro insures all packages for their full value, to protect your merchandise throughout its transit until it is safely delivered to you.  

Delivery Times

Please note that shipping times are listed individually for each product (on the product page). Delivery may take upto 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Orders are only initiated once 100% of the payment has been received. Because of the nature of the manufacturing process, we cannot give an exact delivery date but we aim to ship your jewelry to you within the time frame provided.  Each piece is entirely handmade to order and follows a traditional, extensive and labor-intensive process of jewelry making. Payments

Planning a special purchase with us? Due to Indian statutory law, we are unable to receive single payments of more than USD 10,000. If you will be spending over this amount, your purchase will need to be divided up into different transactions.

Returns & Exchanges 

All of our jewelry is handmade, from start to finish, by authentic craftspeople of Jaipur; and this means that each piece is a little different to the last. Each uniquely enameled, patterned and bejewelled item goes through strict quality control prior to shipping. Because all of our jewelry is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns. If your order is somehow damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong product, we will accept product returns in the exact condition in which they were received: in original packaging and unworn. Cancellations

All of our jewelry is crafted to order, and these special orders may not be cancelled. We ask that you take additional care when making your selections.

Repairs 

Agaro jewelry is made following a traditional process and we recommend that you follow the care instructions listed here to preserve and protect your jewelry. However, if for any reason there are instances where the enamel has cracked or the stone has come away, please contact us at care@agarojewels.com and we will be happy to help you. Please do note that our skilled craftsmen are only in India and your jewelry will have to be shipped out for any repairs.
